I love these jumpers! I'm 53 and my knees bother me doing any type of jumping or running exercise, even on the treadmill. But now these jumpers have made my life fun again. They're super easy to use and it's almost impossible to fall over in them. I find you have to keep moving while wearing them because it's hard to stand still. They are a great way to get your cardio workout in and they are easy on the knees. My quadriceps get a workout and my legs get sore later, but my knees are just fine! Cardiovascular exercise is necessary to improve your heart health and maintain a healthy weight. However, actually doing cardio can be difficult.
